  • How do I get approval to make changes to my property (E.g. landscaping, walls, structures, etc.)? Fill out a DRC Appliction.
  • How can I contact the Design Review Comittee? Call the homeowners managing agent 808.334.1610, or email the DRC.
  • How do I join a committee? Visit the Comunity Committee web page.
  • Are fireworks allowed in Pualani Estates? No. The Association's CCRs prohibit the use of fireworks within Pualani EStates, whether you have a County Permit or not. (CC&R Article IV Sec. 4.4(x) and Project Rule #16)
  • How can I request a homeowner's manual (CC&Rs)? Is there a charge? Contact the Association's managing agent. (See info under "INFORMATION AND RESOURCES" above.)
  • How can I get more information on joining the Board of Directors? Contact the Associatin's managing agent. (See info under "INFORMATION AND RESOURCES" above.)
  • How can I get more information and help on addressing noisy dogs? You may request a one time courtesy notice to be sent to the property owner from our HOA Managing Agent. However, laws governing animal behaviors, such as barking dogs, are enforced by the County of Hawaii.
  • Why Am I Getting A "Courtesy Notice"? - The Association sends out courtesy notices for what it perceives to be CC&R and/or DRC violations. This first notice:
    • allows the Homeowner member to correct the violation within a specific period of time and avoid fines, or
    • allows the homeowner an opportunity to contact the Association's managing agent if they have questions in regards to the nature of the notice
